The car stranded into Finland in 2006 from Sweden, where it was delivered from factory in September 1969. Its first finnish owner Juha Siltala registered it to the Finnish Historical Car Registry (Museoautorekisteri) on September 29th 2006. The current owner Jarmo Eloranta bought the car in December 2011. He has driven 11.000 km with it and have got acquainted with the curiosities of its Weber carburators. There has been no need to do any actual repair, only the tires are now back in original size.

About the 1750 Veloce
Design is from Pininfarina. The round tail Spider was introduced in 1966 with 1600 ccm engine and was known then as "Duetto". In 1967 it got new name Spider and new 1750 ccm engine. The engine has four cylinders and 118 bhp. This 1750 Veloce version was produced in 1967-69 for Europe 2786 (LHD), for UK 601 (RHD) and for USA 2215 pieces.
