This Giulia GT 1300 Junior is type 105.30S and its color code is AR516, Faggio (beech). The production of this series was started in 1974 and the series obtained many body and interior parts left from 2000 GTV, even some parts in the engine room. This series is commonly known as "Unificato" (united).
This car was first registered in Torino on May 30th, 1975. The car stayed in Italy until 2017 when it was bought by a German company specified in classic cars. Its current owner, Tuukka Huhtanen, noticed this Junior in an advertisement, and reserved it for inspcetion. He studied the car couple of days in Germany and decided to buy it. Car's previous owner had claimed an ASI (Automobile Storico Italiani) certiface for it in 2006. According car's service book, it has received regular maintanance throughout its earlier life near Torino (Italy).
Tuukka recieved the car in Finland in November 2017. In summer 2018 the car received new petrol tank, tires and rims. According the CARF Originalita inspector team this Junior is in very original and good condition.
p.s. (29.7.2020) Tuukka's GT Junior passed the inspection of Finnish Historical Car Registry (Museoautorekisteri) with "flying colours" in June. |
