How to get there:
The idyllic village of Verla with its Mill Museum is surrounded by beautiful lake scenery on the borders of Jaala and Valkeala in the Kymi river valley of Southeast Finland. Verla is 30 km (Highway 15/ main road 46) from Kouvola and 160 km (a 2-hour drive) from Helsinki (Highway 6/ main road 46).
