Agenda:
On Friday (5.8.) morning (8-10.00) from Helsinki to Tallinn on a ferry. From Tallinn 4-5 hours drive to Riga. At 15.00 check-in to hotel (for one night). Sightseeing and dinner at Italian restaurant. On Saturday (6.8.) From 7 to 9.00 Breakfest. From 9 to 12 Drive to Liepaja (200 km). at 12:00 gathering in Liepaja city center piazza, cars exhibition, time to visit Liepaja http://www.liepaja.lv/page/22 at 13:00 Police escorted parade via city to a parking place near the sea in former Soviet army territory Between 13:00-14:00 Regularity rally in former Soviet army territory "Karaosta" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karosta. Latvian Alfa Romeo owners‘ club invites Alfa Romeo owners and enthusiasts to an international event, launching August 6, 2011! This year AROMS will take place in Karaosta and finish near Liepaja by the Baltic sea, total distance about 300km. As always we have prepared different activities for all participants and their families:
- Sightseeing (manor houses, castles, museums and beautiful nature)
- Regularity rally
- Driving according to the legend
- Orienteering
- Other exciting events
Evening party and overnight stay is at the guest house “Vērbeļnieki” (detailed
information http://www.verbelnieki.lv ) by the Baltic sea:
- Grand Alfisti dinner
- Official speeches
- Dance party with DJ Peteris Zacests
- Breakfast and rest by the sea the next morning
Participation requires:
- Alfa Romeo car
- Crew, at least 2 persons
- Chronometer, clock, map of Latvia and Riga, pen, sheet of paper, calculator
Registration and participation fee:
- The fee includes overnight stay and dinner
- The participation fee has to be paid in the event day and it is
- EUR 40,- per person sleeping in fully equipped rooms
- EUR 30,- per person sleeping in tents
