Agenda:
Autumn meeting during 17.15 -17.45 hours
Participating only to the meeting: You can enter boat without passanger ticket at 17.00 o'clock by telling that you go to Alfa-meeting. You must leave the ship before 18.00.
Participating the cruise also enter to the ship normally, have your passort or ID-card with you.
NOTE! At 18.00 o'clock starts the cruise, before that persons participating to meeting only must leave the ship!
Cruise starts after meeting. It is a 22 hour cruise on M/S Silja Europa, Helsinki -Tallinna - Helsinki.
The cruise price 98,- euro (norm. 121,-) includes:
to be payed into CARF's account fi15 1025 3000 2549 64
- Bed in B-category cabins for 2 persons. (In case you travel alone, the other person in your cabin is another CARF member. If you travel alone, inform that you travel alone in the registration form.
- 3 course dinner (1 common menu, see at the Finnish side). Drinks not included.
- Breakfast
- Buffet-lunch including beverage
The ship stays at Tallinn harbour for 4 hours. During that time you can visit Tallinn.

2. Meetings legality issues.
3. Approval of meetings agenda
4. Issues according § 11 :
- next years budget and agenda
- annual membership fee amount and new member fee
- selection of club committee chairman and replacement for resigning committee member
- selection of chartered accountant and backup accountant
5. Other issues listed in the meeting invitation
- award presentation of Alfa Cup
6. Closing the meeting.
